Visit and Collection

Every sale starts with a live video call on FaceTime, WhatsApp or Zoom. Then collect your bird at the aviary, or we deliver it to your home within the local area, ourselves or with a named local delivery partner.

Most families meet their bird on a FaceTime, WhatsApp or Zoom call first, then visit once before collection day. Visits last about an hour. Please do not visit another bird keeper on the same day, to protect our flock.

Have ready on handover day

• Photo ID matching the reservation agreement
• A secure, ventilated travel carrier
• A towel to cover the carrier for the journey
• Your avian vet’s details for the first check-up
